Bethany Dario, MPH, RDN, LD
Providing care in the Perrysburg and Findlay office.
Special Interest: Eating Disorders, Intuitive Eating, Emotional Eating, Body Image, Sports Nutrition
Owning and providing care to clients at Divergent Dietitian is one of the greatest gifts in her life. Her purpose in all of this work is to introduce a paradigm shift in the way we think about nutrition and invite individuals paralyzed by their relationship with food or their bodies to heal.
To complement her work treating eating disorders she is the Director of Nutrition & Dietetics at Bluffton University and regards teaching as prevention of eating disorders. Bethany’s experience includes working as an inpatient dietitian at Remuda Ranch, groups and individual care to sororities, fraternities and students at The University of Texas at Austin, individual nutritional therapy and lead clinical dietitian at an Intensive Outpatient Program.
Bethany also had the pleasure of working as faculty at Grand Canyon University where she developed the Nutritional Sciences degree and faculty at Bowling Green State University. Her work is supported by an amazing team at work and her partner, two children, and two energetic German shepherds at home. She’s glad you’re here.Email directly at bethanydario@gmail.com

Providing care in the Perrysburg office.
Primary Focus: Eating Disorders, ARFID, Medical Nutrition Therapy for Chronic Illness, Adult Nutrition, Women's Health
Sara is a detail oriented, empathetic provider who values working collaboratively with the entire care team. She has a passion for providing client centered plans for those who experience ARFID (ages 12+), and individuals who call themselves “picky eaters” find nutrition strategies to prevent deficiencies, and learn strategies that allow them to engage in aspects of their life that were previously disrupted by limited access to “safe foods.” Sara frequently completes continuing education related to the latest updates in ARFID research.
She enjoys working with motivated adult women who are open to new ideas and challenging harmful messages rooted in diet culture, using a Health At Every Size Ⓡ framework of care. Her past experience teaching as adjunct faculty at BGSU combined with her knowledge of medical nutrition therapy for chronic health conditions make her a good fit for clients looking to understand the “why” behind nutrition choices for your health.
She has completed the ED for RDs year long eating disorder training program, and in 2024, attended the International Conference on Eating Disorders. Sara was awarded Young Dietitian of the Year for 2023 by the Ohio Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
